From first sketch to your project, under one roof.

We design and build every piece ourselves. Follow one through the six stages, and see the materials at the moment they are chosen.

  1. Concept

    It starts as a drawing, ours or yours. Send a concept, project details or the changes you need to an existing piece.

  2. R & D, then renderings

    Our design team works out proportions, construction and materials, then renders the piece so you can review it before anything is built.

  3. Materials

    Every frame, weave and top comes from nine materials built to live outside. The warranty for each is below.

  4. Product sample

    A finished sample to sit in, touch and sign off. Finish samples ship to trade accounts on request.

  5. Production in our own factory

    We own and run the factory, so the team that designed the piece also oversees it being built. Fifteen years in, that is more than 1,400 clients and over 675,000 pieces in use.

  6. Your project

    Delivered to the warehouse, resort or showroom floor. For private label lines, we also help you launch with marketing assistance.
