Shopping & Collections
How is the Azzurro Living 2025 line organized?
Our line is organized by collection — a named family of pieces designed to live together. Within each collection you'll find a range of seating, dining, and lounging pieces in matching materials and colorways. Collections include signature lines like Amalfi, Amelia, Pavia, Palma, and Catalina, each with its own aesthetic point of view.

Materials & Make

What fabrics and ropes do you use?
Our outdoor pieces use performance materials selected for UV resistance, breathability, and durability. Common options include:
- Serge Ferrari Batyline — a high-performance PVC-coated polyester sling that resists UV, water, mold, and abrasion.
- All-weather rope — typically Olefin outer with polyester or HDPE core, for rich texture and long outdoor life.
- PE wicker — polyethylene synthetic wicker for the classic woven look without the upkeep.
- Solution-dyed acrylic and olefin cushion fabrics — fade-resistant and quick-drying.
Each product's exact composition is listed on its detail card in the Product Finder.
What's inside the cushions?
Cushion fill varies by piece — many feature quick-dry foam cores wrapped in performance fabric with a "cushion-in-a-cushion" construction for structured comfort without waterlogging. For any specific product, the Cushion Composition field in its detail view shows the exact spec.
Are your pieces rated for commercial use?
Many pieces in the line are built to commercial-quality construction standards — a feature we call out in the product's feature list when applicable. For a confirmed commercial specification for hospitality or contract use, please contact your dealer with the specific SKUs you're considering.
Dimensions & Fit
Where can I find a product's exact dimensions?
Open the Product Finder tab, click any product card, and the right-side spec panel lists every dimension we measure: overall width, depth, height (frame only and with back cushion), seat height, seat width, seat depth, arm height, and — for applicable pieces — knee clearance. Carton dimensions are listed too if you need to plan a delivery path.
What's the weight capacity?
Weight capacity is published on every seating piece's detail card. Most seating pieces in the line are rated to 300–350 lbs; some loungers and benches go higher. The exact number for each SKU is on its detail view.
How heavy is the piece itself?
Each product detail lists net weight (the piece alone), cushion weight (where applicable), and gross shipping weight (the boxed piece as it arrives). Helpful for planning moves, upper-floor deliveries, or balcony installations.
Will it fit through my door?
Check the carton dimensions in the detail view (L × W × H, in inches) against your entry path. For LTL-shipped pieces, the carton is the piece plus protective packaging. If you're tight on clearance, contact your dealer before ordering — many larger pieces (sectionals, dining tables) ship disassembled to ease entry.

Are levelers included?
Many tables and select seating pieces include adjustable levelers — helpful on uneven patios or decks. Check the Levelers field on the product's detail view; it's a simple Yes / No for every piece.
Care & Longevity
How do I clean my outdoor furniture?
Care instructions are specific to each material. In general:
- Powder-coated aluminum frames: spray with mild soapy water, let sit briefly, brush gently with a soft bristle brush, rinse thoroughly, wipe dry.
- Batyline & sling fabric: same mild-cleaner approach; never let cleaner residue dry on the surface.
- Rope and wicker: rinse with fresh water; avoid harsh chemicals; blot spills promptly.
- Cushions: spot-clean with mild soap and water; store dry.
Every product's detail view includes its full care instructions. See the Care Guide tab for a condensed version.
Can my furniture stay outside year-round?
Azzurro Living pieces are engineered for outdoor use, but the longest life comes from a few simple habits: use a protective cover during prolonged non-use, store cushions dry, and — in regions with freezing winters or coastal salt spray — consider indoor or covered storage during the off-season. We offer fitted covers for most pieces; see the Covers & Protection tab.

Shipping & Delivery

What does "LTL" mean?
LTL stands for Less-Than-Truckload — a freight shipping method for items too large or heavy for standard parcel carriers. LTL deliveries are typically curbside and scheduled by appointment; your carrier will contact you to coordinate. Standard service doesn't include in-home delivery, assembly, or debris removal, though upgrade options are often available through your dealer.

Care Guide.
Simple, material-by-material guidance for keeping your pieces beautiful for years.
Powder-Coated Aluminum
Our frames are fully welded, powder-coated aluminum — engineered to resist rust, UV, and weather.
- Spray mild soapy water on surface; let sit 2–3 minutes.
- Brush gently in circular motions with a soft-bristle brush.
- Rinse thoroughly — residue must not dry on the finish.
- Wipe dry with a clean, soft cloth.
Serge Ferrari Batyline
A high-performance sling fabric with an openwork weave that breathes, dries quickly, and resists UV.
- Same mild-cleaner method as frames.
- Never allow cleaning solution to dry on the fabric.
- For stubborn stains, apply cleaner, let sit briefly, brush, rinse.
- Air dry fully before reassembling.
Rope & Woven Wicker
All-weather olefin rope and PE wicker are engineered for outdoor use, but they appreciate a gentle touch.
- Rinse with fresh water to remove dust, pollen, and salt spray.
- Use only mild, pH-neutral cleaners if needed.
- Avoid pressure washing; it can loosen weave integrity.
- Blot spills before they dry.
Cushions & Upholstery
Quick-dry cores and solution-dyed performance fabrics — designed for a wet world.
- Spot-clean with mild soap and water.
- Stand cushions on edge to dry through the core.
- Store dry in the off-season; covers help.
- Zippered covers can often be removed for gentle machine wash — check the care tag.
Year-Round Protection
The simplest longevity upgrade is a fitted cover. See the Covers & Protection tab for our full range.
- Cover when not in use for extended periods.
- In freezing climates, consider indoor cushion storage.
- Rinse coastal installations periodically to remove salt.
- Re-tighten any fasteners once per season.
What to Avoid
A short list of things that shorten the life of any outdoor piece — ours included.
- Harsh solvents, bleach, abrasive pads.
- Pressure washers at close range.
- Letting cushions sit damp in a closed container.
- Dragging pieces; lift to move to protect feet and levelers.
